Very rich in vitamins and excellent for cooking or freezing. 3 feet tall plants have loose clusters of blue-green, slightly crumpled, juicy leaves.

The large, juicy Niagara is in season from September through October. It's round to oval in shape, pale greenish-white and has a sweet, foxy flavor.
